Party like a pop star in this Philippine villa

The Hollywood heavyweights were drawn to Amanpulo, an ultra-exclusive resort in the island of Pamalican 362 kilometres southwest of Manila. Accessible only by private jet, the island hideaway endowed with a 6.5-kilometre white-sand coastline recently made it to the Financial Times’ ranking of the top luxury beach hotels in the world.

On the market now is Villa One, a 4,821-square-metre, four-casita residential complex in an outlying area of the otherwise secluded island. Valued at USD12 million, the property is one in 20 villas being rented out by the Amanpulo Resort Group.

Villa One boasts 68.38 metres of beach frontage. High-flying privacy seekers will appreciate, aside from the directly accessible beach, the 90-square-metre infinity swimming pool for the casitas, each surrounded by a 30-square-metre deck.

Every casita also has an en suite bathroom that leads to a bath tub overlooking the greenery. The 60-sqm interior is equipped with Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, plus a Bose sound system. All lodgers get access to a 106-sqm pavilion with a wine cav.

The complex also comes with a 72-sqm service building equipped with Wolf and Sub-Zero kitchen appliances.
